Dr. Elizabeth Todd was born in Houston, Texas, where she grew up with dogs, cats, gerbils, rabbits, ducks, chickens, and a pot-bellied pig named Ruby Begonia. She spent five years as a human nurse before realizing she really needed to work with critters. After graduating with a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Texas A & M she worked at a variety of clinics, in Kentucky, Georgia, New Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Her goal is to provide quality care for all cats and dogs, with a special interest in feline medicine. She currently lives in Eagle River with her amazing daughter, five cats, a standard poodle named Marcus Aurelius and a goofy lab-husky mix named Duncan McCloud.
